REEtec has started construction of the first factory at Herøya in Porsgrunn with production starting in the autumn of 2024. As part of the preparation process, five new key technical management position have now been filled.
As construction is already well under way for the new production plant at Herøya, it has been of vital importance for REEtec to fill key positions. The latest recruitment process has now been concluded, and the company has strengthened the team with five key technical positions; Assistant Production Manager, HSE Manager, Laboratory Manager, Quality Manager, and Maintenance Manager.

The new hires will all be involved in planning and managing key parts of the production plant. In the initial phase, they will work on establishing the relevant procedures and routines, as well as planning, installation, and testing the equipment in the new factory.
Further strengthening of the organization will continue as the start of production approaches, and there will be opening opportunities for shift leaders and experienced chemical plant operators.
