Toril Roberg is responsible for production and has her background from the process and chemicals industry as production manager of Norgips and Process and Landfill manager for NOAH’s treatment plant

Jane Paju is responsible for technology and product development projects, scale-up and customer qualification processes. She has more than 10 years’ experience as Technology and R&D Manager in the REE industry and has run a number of technology research, development, and scale up projects in NPM Silmet.

David is responsible for the commercial activities related to  raw materials and  finished products. He has extensive experience from the REE industry and served on the management board of the Estonian rare earth processing factory, Silmet (NPM Silmet), for more than a decade.
